I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member (wearing a cap) provided extremely poor customer service. The bread was unpleasant, with a bad smell, and when I raised this concern, he responded unprofessionally and did not address the issue. Instead, he tried to pressure me into purchasing the sub. Due to this behavior, I chose to leave without completing my order. I kindly request that you look into this matter and ensure your staff are properly trained to provide respectful and professional customer service.
Probly the most disappointing subway experience I’ve ever had.stale cookies lousy sandwich.
