Ordered a cookie and found what looked like a booger stuck on it. Extremely unappetizing and concerning from a hygiene standpoint, I did not eat it. This isn’t a one-off “bad day” complaint; finding foreign matter on food from a place that’s supposed to keep high quality standards for health. I won’t be ordering here again. Management should be looking into how something like this made it into a customer’s order.

Malacca does not have too many places for restaurant choices and we can always count on the consistency freshness and value that we’ve always gotten at Subway. This place is always very upbeat and their staff is very prompt. Keep up the great work.

This was the best experience I have had at a subway. The workers were kind and they took their time making the sandwiches and didn’t rush. Usually other places are sloppy when it comes to making sandwiches but this location was very good. Quality and quantity 5 stars! I highly recommend!!

I am writing this review to express my deep frustration with the service at this Subway location. Despite multiple visits, the experience remains consistently poor. The staff here lacks any sense of urgency or purpose, resulting in incredibly slow service that makes even a simple order take an unreasonable amount of time. Beyond the wait, the store is frequently unkempt and dirty, which is off-putting for a food establishment.
