I use the Subway app to order my lunch about twice a week. The Jerome Ave location is usually pretty goodabout having it ready on the rack when I walk in. Today I got the Sweet Onion Teriyaki chicken onmultigrain. The chicken was hot and they gave me a good amountof sauce without making the bread soggy. Its hard to find a reliable lunch spot around herebut this one does the job perfectly.
the catering bundle saved my life today. we had a last minute birthday thing at the office and i ordered a platter of wraps and subs online and they had it ready on time and everything was boxed up neatly. The turkey stackers were the first to go, and a few people were asking where I got it from. so glad this place is right around the corner on Jerome! Ill probably use them again for our next meeting.
the food is usually good, but the customer service isn’t! funny, it’s Subway’s 2nd opening in the same exact location but the customer service was very good when it first opened many, many years ago. the current workers there won’t let you customize your order the way you would like, which basically told me he’s some kind of control freak. Very strange. Food gets 3 stars but service gets zero, zilch, nada!
Wonderful and delightful experience here at this Subway. Employee was friendly and helpful suggesting a few new items. Very happy and would return when in the area
