I think that they need a lesson on WH&S. They cross contaminate here a lot! My friend is gluten free and advised them of this and to use new gloves. The first man absolutely understood and took his gloves off for new ones, and used the precautions necessary. However, As the wrap moved along the others did not. Instead of taking off their gloves they continued to use the same gloves and the same cutting knife they use on everyone else’s. Pretty disappointing.
I've been to this Subway before and had great service. I ordered through the app and waited where I was told to last time. However, the service this time was AWFUL. The girl at the cashier was so rude to me and the person in front. She yelled out asking if I was an online order and I said yes and my name. She handed me the bag and moved onto the next person. The lady was very nice, but there were nothing before 8am, while they claim to be open at 7am. She had to prepare the teriaki chicken, the sauce, and the bread was still 15min away from being ready. I had to take bread from the day before and they barely had anything on the trays. Disappointing. I don't recommend it.
The staff were friendly, they were busy during peak lunch time, however the sandwich assembly line was a mess, food scraps everywhere it was not being cleaned at all as they go and is not a good look. I think staff need to stop for a few seconds periodically and refresh the bench tops to make it more sanitary and change their gloves routinely. I also had a very long hair in my sandwich. Usually a good place to get a feed, but the last time I went to pick up my online order it wasn't ready... It wasn't even received by the store. I checked the Subway app and it confirmed I ordered from the right store. Another time the store did receive my order but the sub wasn't made yet. Not much point in ordering online if it only gets made once you arrived.
