The food was fine, but the manager’s behavior was unacceptable. The employee who took our order was friendly and helpful, yet the manager publicly scolded and threatened to write him up for adding “too many” olives to my daughter’s sandwich. She continued to criticize him loudly in front of customers, which was unprofessional and embarrassing to witness. The employee handled the situation with remarkable patience and professionalism. This subway was out of a common sandwich item at 12PM (normal lunch time) and also was almost entirely out of cookies. The few they had left were stale. The staff were helpful and kind, but unfortunately I cannot leave a positive review.
Me and my wife went to this subway today around 11:30 and the older blonde lady who is a manager there made our sandwiches, when it came time for the toppings, I noticed both the lettuce and tomato hoppers were almost empty and the lettuce was brown instead of green and the tomatoes were just the ends and little pieces, but there was a fresh bin of lettuce and a fresh bin of tomato slices right there like they were gonna swap them out, we both asked for lettuce and tomatoes and to our surprise instead of using the nice fresh... read more
