Ordered via the app, the new Philly-Style Three Cheese Steak. With no option in the app to have it toasted, I assumed they would melt the cheese as standard (per the picture). There were all 3 cheese unmelted on the sub with cold steak - it was disgusting. Topings were few and far between also. Without a doubt the worst Subway I have ever had, and the most expensive.

There was a fire in the bin outside the store, I went in to ask for a fire extinguisher to put the fire out and the employee on shift refused to help with the situation. We had already called the fire fighters but had hoped to put it out before the fire had caused damage.
Honestly worse Subway in Brisbane, why do so many people line up for half a sub, they are so stingy with ingredients, it looks unhygienic, don't wrap in white paper, charges too much for extra . every time i get one its thin and stingy, guess its the final straw for me. i think the owner who is a nice guys is more worried about his pocket than quality
