I visited on the morning of 28/03/25 and ordered an avocado toastie. The staff member who served me was extremely rude. When I asked for cheese, she refused, which I understood, but when I offered to pay extra for some sauce, she still denied my request, saying the toastie only comes with avocado. I then asked if she could at least sprinkle some salt and pepper, but she refused that as well. Throughout the interaction, she wouldn’t even make eye contact or communicate politely. The younger lady who served me was quite short and could upgrade her customer service, she also spoke very quietly and it was hard to hear her.
Owners of this franchise really need to invest more into their staff. My experience from the staff was do the bare minimum with a poor attitude.
Twice I have been served by Natasha , both times I was met with a bad attitude and grumpy face . I won’t return a third time
Poor customer service. The young man this morning could barely summon any enthusiasm to say hello or communicate. To the owner & manager, please hire staff that are grateful to have a paid position and train them properly. Will not be returning.
