Very poor service ! I was repeatedly met with rude “Huh?” responses and arrogant facial expressions whenever he didn’t understand me. Having a foreign accent is not a reason to be condescending toward tourists. He made no effort to hide his impatience while taking my order. I work nearby and come to this Subway pretty regularly, so I’ve seen the same issues happen over and over again. Almost every time I’m in the store, the manager is out the back chatting loudly with other staff members (often not even in uniform), while newer and less confident staff are left to deal with a busy line of customers by themselves. There was an issue with an online offer but the worker very kindly sorted it out and he even offered a complimentary item! amazing service and so grateful:)
Left without ordering. Staff seemed uninterested in serving customers, and when I asked about breakfast (no menu displayed), I got a two‑word answer. The apathetic service was enough to send me elsewhere.
