Ordered a sub, completely wrong order asked for no onions coz I am allergic and swapped them for olives didn’t even get that plus paid for beetroot and didn’t even get that tried calling the store and the phone doesn’t even work what a bloody joke this is paid money for a meal and couldn’t even eat it and only got refunded for $4 which is what I paid for my beetroot
New to the area so aware that all subways are different and some locals clearly have formed their own opinion of this store through repeat visits, however I was impressed by the freshness of the products and the service waa quite good. Based on my first experience I would recommend.
Very poor service ! I was repeatedly met with rude “Huh?” responses and arrogant facial expressions whenever he didn’t understand me. Having a foreign accent is not a reason to be condescending toward tourists. He made no effort to hide his impatience while taking my order. When I asked for a bag, he simply left it on the counter for me to deal with myself, and I had to pack everything on my own. Although I was quite taken aback, I still thanked him and said goodbye. I work nearby and come to this Subway pretty regularly, so I’ve seen the same issues happen over and over again. Almost every time I’m in the store, the manager is out the back chatting loudly with other staff members (often not even in uniform), while newer and less confident staff are left to deal with a busy line of customers by themselves.
