Overall service and food were great but we got served by this nice young girl with blonde hair (didn’t see her name badge) but the other lady was a little bit rude, her friend came in and she sat down with her talking I believe her name was ash as the blonde hair girl needed help she asked and ash attitude changed wasn’t really nice and rolled her eyes
This Subway was amazing! The girl who served me was so lovely, my sub was wrapped perfectly, and the whole experience was smooth and friendly. After a terrible time at another Subway in Surfers Paradise (hair in my food, rude service), this store was such a relief. Way better in every way.
Great subs. Special mention to the new employee Piper, who was very friendly, and gave great service.
Came in to order a platter for my son’s birthday first thing this morning only to be told it’s an inconvenience by the male worker to make the platter with ingredients that young children would like. Eg. Ham, cheese & mayo, chicken, cheese & avo and some with only lettuce etc.. Then got told to go sit in my car while he made it. Although I wanted to order and come back in an hour and a half to collect there was no rush! The cookie platter was just in 2 bags instead of a platter or tray. Worst customer service!
