Ordered online. Showed up to pick up the sandwiches and they weren't ready. Waited for a few minutes. The nice lady kept taking walk in orders. After a few more minutes I asked for a refund. She apologized and gave my money back. I realize she was by herself in the store. But my thoughts are orders should be filled as they come in. An online order shouldn't be held up while walk in orders keep coming. May never be able get an online order if that's the case. The guy that took my daughter's order was VERY professional and polite. He asked my daughter, who has a disability, her order in detail what she wanted on her Sub, how she wanted it, and helped her figure everything out. When she seen the hot fresh cookies she said "Mommy fresh cookie for you?" He had cookies in the the display case but he went to the back and got 2 fresh warm cookies for us.
