This review is for store in 3301 Washington Avenue, 23607. I have been ordering from this store for a few years now and my experience has always been great! The quality of service is outstanding and the personnel working here are always nice. My order has always been on point, no issues over the last 3 years that I have been coming in. This store is usually busy at lunch but the personnel working here are efficient while still maintaining quality. I recommend you give your worker a raise. Always great service!
Worse Subway ever! The male making the sandwich got mad because I didn't do the order of vegetables he wanted. I didn't want to deal with him so I asked if I could have my sandwich. The gut then gets even angry and tells me that I won't get my sandwich. So I head out. As I walk around the building he walks up to me being very aggressive trying to explain why you get this vegetable before this vegetable. Very unprofessional, he should be fired. Don't ever go to this subway!
1st time visiting in years. Customer service consistently poor. Handwashing debatable. Health Inspector needs to visit.
Today this blonde and black hair chick who is Hispanic asked me what I want in it with attitude for my sandwich she and this older black guy who always wears a mask always got an attitude don’t work at a subway if u gotta attitude dealing with people food they are paying for 🙄I this is just disgusting and disappointing to see.
