Customer service is trash. Had to wash my hand after eating the subway sandwich I bought. The gentleman rudely told me I couldn’t use it. Then I asked if I could use the female restroom since it’s an individual bathroom, he declined with an immense attitude. Why ? I don’t know, even told me to leave their establishment after confronting to him that the restroom is clearly useable.
The custom service is very poor. I urgently had to use the restroom but they said it was closed during business hours. Although someone previously used it.
Why is closer putting away all food supplies at 8:20? A sandwich shouldn't take 15-20 minutes to assemble. practically handed cold food, and with a weirdly rude & cold demeanor. aug 24, 2024
