I wonder at 8:30 and they closes at 9 o’clock and the door was locked. Even the staff was working. They didn’t even pay attention to me and didn’t even even open the door.
Ordered online for pickup twice. The first time, I explicitly asked for my sauce on the side as I planned to take the sandwiches for my lunch at work. I also asked for extra sauce, which, to me, means 2 containers of sauce per sandwich. I arrived to pick up my order, and the sauce was on the sandwich. The lady asked if that was okay, and I said that they were for tomorrow. She immediately started remaking it, which I appreciated.
