service was too bad want to close at 9pm instead of 10pm looks like employees want to go home early.
Last night, We showed up (after an extremely long drive) at 10 minutes to close. The gentleman on shift instead of being annoyed (which I would totally get if he would have been) welcomed us with open arms. Not only did he make us the best sandwich ever he made us feel welcome. A+++ for customer service. Subway give that man a raise he's definitely a keeper!
Subs looked great, but don't order the soup. You can tell it's been reheated too many times, so it was all mushy and tasted a bit off. They wouldn't provide a refund and insisted the soup is always mushy.
This guy literally made me a sandwich after he was already basically closed for the day and had everything put away! This guy definitely deserves a raise!
My local subway has very good service and the staff are very nice and friendly and are good to converse with.
