Would like to complain about the young man serving (did not have a name badge on) but was on shift with Bella. The customer in front of me had Down syndrome (not that this really matters) and asked the server to please cut his wrap in half. Instead of politely saying no problem, he slammed the wrap down on the bench and rolled his eyes as clear as day. I’m not sure if this was just a shitty day for this young guy. Handsdown, one of the worst subways around. I don’t know who owns the store, but you need to staff it accordingly. It’s ridiculous how long it takes to make subs at the store. You put so much pressure on your stuff that you do have to keep up with the demand hire another employee for God sake.

Very good customer service
Hand hygiene should be a basic skill when working with food. I watched every staff member handle drinks, fridge doors, pens, different meats and digging their hands into salads all with the same gloves on. No hand washing. No gloves changes. I had to ask them to change gloves before handling my sons food.
