Paige was rude. It takes two seconds to greet a customer genuinely and not ignore them. I worked at Subway for years, if prep isnt done that still doesnt mean u ignore ur customers. Will not be coming back when she is working the other girls are always amazing and so kind. Hope today was just a one off bad day for her. Very disappointed
Poor dude was by himself 9/3/25 during the floods. Did a awesome job by himself, kept the line flowing, very courteous and didn't crack under the pressure of being alone. Would have jumped in to help but I was supporting a client.
Imagine being turned away for lunch at 1:36pm on a Saturday because they are closing early. I watched them turn away at least 15 people. Absolutely disgraceful
Customer service here is an absolute joke. The manger is dishonest and disrespectful. I’d be ashamed and embarrassed to work there or own it. The owner needs to step up and get a manger who actually cares and has some manners
I had a subway about six hours later I was sick as a dog.please make sure your olives are fresh .
