I have been to this Subway at Strathpine twice, the first time the service was extremely slow and then today where the sandwich artist walked off half way through making a sub, not to return and I was then served by a different reluctant staff member.
Lady behind the counter was proficient enough. The issue is in how filthy everything was, from the counter having dust all over it, to where the prep station was. Just gross.
Who is working here no good at all and they are need more training
Paige was rude. It takes two seconds to greet a customer genuinely and not ignore them. I worked at Subway for years, if prep isnt done that still doesnt mean u ignore ur customers. Will not be coming back when she is working the other girls are always amazing and so kind. Hope today was just a one off bad day for her. Very disappointed
Poor dude was by himself 9/3/25 during the floods. Did a awesome job by himself, kept the line flowing, very courteous and didn't crack under the pressure of being alone. Would have jumped in to help but I was supporting a client.
