didn’t get right order multiple times, wrong things on my sub, could’ve been Allergic to it, wrong cookies and long wait time and i spent $51 on it, they don’t take people’s money into consideration
Absolutely disgusted with with click and collect order of $100 for my family of 6 Salad bowl Large ( no spinach ) ( half a handful of lettuce) the sauce to salad ratio was sickly the sauce was drowned no carrot ) At least 1 or 2 items where missing from the other 5 subs and the ingredients placed on each sub were mixed up and placed onto other subs Missing avocado missing carrot Other salads on my kids subs. Today I was served by a lovely lady named Gracie. Her customer service was outstanding, from the moment I walked in she greeted me with a genuine smile. She was incredibly patient and helpful with my order. Absolutely amazing and will definitely be going back!
