I was the first person in line at this location. I stood there for 15 Minutes and I never even ordered. The worker was prioritizing mobile orders, even though I was standing there ready to order. I was on my lunch break from work and only had 30 Minutes to get dinner and eat it and I spent 15 Minutes of that time just waiting while the worker was clearly way over their head. He seemed nice. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location today at around 9 PM. The employee was sweeping the floor and asked me to wait until she finished. However, after that, she did not wash her hands—she simply put on plastic gloves and started making my sandwich. This is concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I believe proper handwashing should always come before food preparation.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had at any Subway—or any sandwich shop, period. I walked in with my 8-year-old and 2-year-old daughters waiting in the car, just trying to grab some quick sandwiches while shopping. I stepped up to the counter and spent maybe 10 seconds looking up at the menu board to decide what to order. Out of nowhere, the store manager herself (not just an employee) interrupted her current customers, turned to me, and abruptly asked, "What do you need?"
