Worst customer service experience I've ever had at any Subway—or any sandwich shop, period. I walked in with my 8-year-old and 2-year-old daughters waiting in the car, just trying to grab some quick sandwiches while shopping. I stepped up to the counter and spent maybe 10 seconds looking up at the menu board to decide what to order. Out of nowhere, the store manager herself (not just an employee) interrupted her current customers, turned to me, and abruptly asked, "What do you need?" They allow dogs (not handicapped service animals) in this store. Went to grab a sub and there was a dog on the opposite side of the glass where the employee makes the food.
