A very well manage Subway with excellent customer service.
Excellent service from Jackie
I had a really bad experience at this Subway. One of the staff members (who said she was the manager) was extremely rude and kept yelling at me. When I asked her to calm down, she just said “this is how I talk.” Her attitude completely ruined my day and made me feel very uncomfortable. If this is the kind of service they provide, I definitely don’t want to come back here again. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Subway.
Meatballs were cold Staff was not happy
Didnt have the best experience today, asked for a footlong italian herbs and cheese chicken teriyaki toasted with cheddar cheese, while putting the chicken teriyaki on it he asked if it was fresh or toasted i replied toasted, then proceeded to not toast it and put salads on it and start to wrap it up. We then told him as he was wrapping it that the sub was asked to be toasted, he then said we didnt say toasted at all and proceeded to argue with us about it.
