We received a coupon for a free cookie from a local event and tried to use it, but the staff is incredibly rude. They insisted the coupon was old and unusable. When asked about a supervisor, they refused to provide the information. All of this over a $1.50 cookie. Then, the worker acted like he was going to honor the coupon and gave us the cookie.
