They really need training on everything especially the one who is calling him self the manager
Staff needs some better training lol. I went in and They were having a special - a 6 inch with two cookies. I chose to only take one cookie. I didn’t need the second cookie and because I only took one cookie They didn’t give me the special price and charged me a dollar for the cookie. They charged me more and their reasoning was well you didn’t get the special price because you didn’t take the second cookie. No wonder the store rating is low. Not so generous with portion. Don’t think I’ll come back.
The lady working was really grumpy with attitude and gave me basically no sauce. The price gave me 8 cents with change and I said keep the change and she sarcastically said thanks with attitude. Not coming back.
