Its a nice shop space but there is not food covering and the food has things mixing into the other food, it makes it dangerous for people who are allergic to food contaminating other food
40 minutes waiting for a sandwich no surprise given there were only 2 kids working. Felt so sorry for the young girl. She was clearly overwhelmed and stressed and left to deal with all the customers herself. They should have an adult there at all times to help and guide them but I guess profits are more important than service or employees well being.
Today 16/08/2025, the guy who was doing the shift by himself during the shift at 5:51 was rude telling us to shut up, if he could old in a nice way makes sense but rude is not tolerated we are not here to take that and i had to collect at 5:52 no order and is this what customer satisfaction is ment, where is the training of that specific employee.
Terrible service and even worse attitude. Couldn't even give 1 star to that attitude.
Food was good. Wait time was terrible. Uber eats orders were getting prioritised over in-store customers. Queue was 8 people deep. Very disappointing service
