Ate here recently and after looking at reviews I must say, it's a personal problem from the customers. Me and nobody else in line with me yesterday had a problem with anything. Something tells me that customers come in upset don't get what they won't pay for or get upset with how much they have to pay and leave a negative review. It's idiotic, but so many people in granite City share those idiotic thoughts
Cashier she disrespect me and I didn't eat because of her.
My partner and I were served by Bri on Sunday, her service was above and beyond!! She recommended us the flatbreads which were delicious. She took her time making sure our sandwiches were perfect, and this was the best subway experience we've personally had in a long time.
I had an issue with my pick up order the previous night and didn’t get much help from the employees. Thankfully, I called in the morning. Talk to the manager Ragi Patel, and everything got straightened out. She remade my sandwich and she was really nice. She even greeted me when I walked in. This manager gets all the praise for friendly Customer Service and correcting the order. She was really kind and nice to talk to you. The only thing I wish is all the employees had heard kindness.
