The customer service was not good at all they don't know how to serve customers
Staff is so rude , don’t know how to deal with customers
The customer service here is basically nonexistent, I got two subs, the first one got made and then they did a bit of a staff shuffle, the woman that took over took my sub and started making a DoorDash/uber order with it, when I said to her “hey sorry I think that’s actually my sub” she very aggressively said “no I’ve been making this order for ages”, I ended up having to flag down the woman who started my order to tell her & she told the other woman that it was in fact my order she took, which visibly aggravate her, no apol... read more
Loved it they really good
I ordered it on doordash. My motta pot was cold even tho it’s suppose to be hot with melted cheese (the cheese was in fact not melted) The sub is cold as well??? It’s suppose to be toasted?? Laziness! I order loads of times and my pot is always hot and same with my sub. Unprofessional and will not order there again and going somewhere else 🙄 Oh and on top of that, my sub was soggy! Just a cherry on top 😒😐
