Generally food and service is pretty good, always seem to be short staffed and the subcard reader has not worked for months so no reward points
I had placed an online order. When I got to the store to pickup, the young kid behind the counter was very rude in saying that they do not make Buffalo Chicken any more and he has been telling his manager to remove it from the menu. When I asked him if he can change it to something else or if I can get a refund, he kept saying that online line orders have nothing to do with the store and was very rude about it. I have visited this store on several occasions not for pleasure but for need. The service was cold and unwelcoming. Looked like the young staff had hardly any training on custom service the older staff member was unfriendly and felt like she didn't want to be there. The sandwich was really badly made, bread not as fresh as it should be, the sandwich was badly put together with no care at all. I will never go to any subway store again. I'm over it.
