I frequent this location and the staff are always lovely and the service is great whether it’s lunch or dinner. I had yet to write a review, but I feel compelled to give special mention to the staff on 13/06. On 13/06 I was there around lunch time and it was rather busy. There was a particularly irate customer giving the staff a very hard time. Extremely disappointing service. My order arrived with missing items, and when I called the store, the staff were shockingly rude and dismissive. No apology or help offered. This kind of attitude and carelessness is unacceptable. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

We ordered 2 foot long veggie patty sandwiches. We asked to toast the bread and patty, but the patties were cold, hence we couldn’t eat the sandwiches, such a waste of money and food. Also, the shop was under staffed, took 20mins in queue. In addition, I was expecting the staff to change their gloves and to use a different knife for vegetarians but non of those were actually done. I was very disappointed by our experience at Lilydale Subway.

It was alright the food is good and when I come in around 5:30 it’s honestly quite fast service but today I came in for lunch and it was atrocious service there was two people on shift one boy who was making all the orders and a large woman who was doing nothing and only came out to restock the cookies during a rush honestly wouldn’t come here for lunch
