Went there around half past 10..served by a lady she was really rude. I had to stand there for around 10 min even though there was no customer. I ordered footlong she added lil to no veggies and she refused to pack it separately and was really rude.. really disappointed..
When i order my meal today the area manager was about serve me with last customer gloves on and made the sandwich had to did not even put in when cutting it
I arrived at subway Lilydale on the 4th march 2026 at 4:03pm, I was served by Bianca, who was kind, but a little slow, Bianca was 5 foot 4ish, Charlie ordered his usual, and Lachie ordered his, however, his sandwich was late and Charlie hit his head on the roof because he is six foot 3 and a feminist. After we started studying, Bianca gave us both the wifi password which was very nice. Overall, a good experience due to Bianca being kind. 8/10
