Unprofessional service. Rude staff. They see customers as enemies. They don't give you tissues. They don't give receipts. They make every effort to rip you off by hiding receipts, they are the worst of the worst as you can imagine. I don't know how long they can go with this attitude. I used to love Subway but now I try to avoid subway. I been there 3 times and I have 3 dramas. Subway should start investigating this outlet there is nothing good comes out from this place.

Received a sub with spicy mayo instead of Marinara sauce on it. Hubby picked it up for me so didn’t realise until i opened it at home. I called and told them and was rudely told my husband should have told them it was the wrong sauce? But they said it was the right sauce so how would he know? Was told the only option was to bring it back so they could check. By that time it was in the bin and I live out of town and was also at work so could not do this. In subway, they don’t have enough ingredient in the out of stock, including bread as well If you don’t have all type of bread available, there is no reason to you keeping shop open

I don't know why I keep going to this store. We have had much better experience at other Subways. The staff are not passionate about their work and seam more interested in chatting to other staff in their own language. We waited too long for them to stop chatting when we could be eating our lunch. We also noted the mess of food scraps everywhere including the dining tables. Avoid the Subway on South Gippsland hwy.
