I’ve been coming here for years, since the new owners all the staff now make your sandwich as if we are on rations, got a ham and cheese Jaffa and is had a pinch of cheese, frequently I have to ask for more cheese and more salad as they put a pathetic amount on. It’s beyond a joke. Here’s a photo of the amount of cheese on my ham and cheese Jaffa ( got the tomato removed )
I just have to say the service here was incredible! I was served by a lovely girl called Zoe who greeted me with a cheerful smile as I came through the door. Although she was a little busy with other orders, she was always optimistic and asking everybody how their day was. Although the food was average, I asked for it toasted and it came out very warm, which is really good to see considering the other reviews. Unfortunately, my experience at Subway Kenmore was highly disappointing. The service was incredibly slow, compounded by a lack of basic customer service skills. Staff demonstrated zero listening ability, which made placing a simple order unnecessarily frustrating. Despite being open for over four hours, much of the stock was either unavailable or still being prepared, which is unacceptable for a franchise that prides itself on quick service and variety.
