The staff informed me order would take a long time, but the way it was communicated felt unprofessional. Better customer service and clearer communication would improve the experience.
3 times i have placed orders to be picked up and they have not been ready. Even allowing more time than was told on the app.
Ordered online and got a toasted sub, got the sub 2 minutes after the ready time and it was completely cold so I opened it and it was not toasted at all. No big deal if they would’ve just remade it but the first worker tried to tell me it didn’t get ordered as a toasted sub as she pointed to the word toasted in all caps on the receipt. Put a order in and when my mother picked it up it was not ready app said ready by 6:05, we she walked in the employee was on his phone and hadn’t even began to make the 3 sandwiches we already paid for! So finally at 6:25 they had made the order we put in at 5:25, not happy not happy at all what’s the point of using the app if the store doesn’t even look for the orders. others stores have called me if there was gonna be a problem. Maybe if you order in person, the service would be better
