There was a issue with the subway app not taking off automatic topings I unchecked. Instead of just remaking the sandwich treated me like a damn criminal under interrogation. Literally the simplest thing questioned like it was a damn calculus equation. Made me talk to a mananger on the phone who tried to tell me it was my mistake and they couldnt do it. Worst experience ive EVER HAD at a food place. Never go here. ZERO STARS
Started to try to come back after a previous poor experience. Was ok for a few weeks. Then, ordered 2 BLTs. Picked up the sandwiches. Drove home. No lettuce. No tomato. No mayo. And very little bacon. It's been 2 months. I have tried to call. I have tried to reach out to corporate. No success. No concern for customers. Never, ever, again. I can not wait until this store closes. I will help all I can to see that happen. Absolute thieves.
I ordered sandwiches two to three times a week at the subway. Lately they have not been very good. Tonight I ordered online and picked it up. It was ready. I get home to eat it the bread so hard , you cannot even bite into it. This is unacceptable for a $13 sandwich
