Bread is dry, the portion is so small and it’s not warm enough

Very bad experience all the time every time go there they are talk to each other and laughing, they don’t listen what customer saying. They make sandwich in hurry even they not busy. That things not the professional at work. If they make wrong sandwich and customer wants other things. They blaim customer, they donot feel sorry, they dont listen properly and then customer fault.
