Visited the shop yesterday afternoon - The sandwich itself wasn't too bad, but the service was TERRIBLE! There wasn't anyone at the counter - eventually young female staff member appeared from the back room, looking so annoyed of us being there. Never asked if we would like our sandwiches fresh or toasted, would we like any salt or pepper etc. Made one of sandwich and asked payment without completing the second one. Whoever the young boy was working today around 12:15, he needs to be retrained. My sandwich was not put together properly and completely fell apart by the time I got home. When I asked for a chicken fillet, he didn’t seem to understand what I meant, and instead of cutting the bread properly, he ripped it apart. This was really disappointing service and I will not be returning to this store again. I would also not recommend it to others.

Worst staff member and poor food quality.. me and my friend were there to get cheese garlic bread.. the boy who was serving us don’t even know how to make it first and then when i told him he got rude as well as he put too much salt in that my children were not able to eat… i would say this is really sad to see you hire young children for work and they hardly care about food and service .. they just work for time pass. I think you should check cctv how they work there
