Ordered online and when it was delivered they forgot my drink and 4 cookies. Half my order missing.
Poor customer service and delayed service.
We went around 9pm and there were no bread left.The toilets were our of order.
Subway used yesterday because the bread texture was cooled in fridge (I did not ask toasted). I was told not eligible for member points.
The sandwich was fresh and the staff were courteous. Unfortunately, the owner’s commitment to cost-cutting appears to extend all the way down to a single sheet of wrapping paper. A simple request for separate wrapping was refused, something I’ve never experienced at any Subway before. If margins are so tight that an extra piece of paper is a problem, perhaps the business has bigger issues to worry about.
