terrible service. lady who was serving was very rude. i don’t even know how to describe my experience but it was the worst customer service I've ever witnessed and walked straight out without getting anything…
Served by Selena and Grace this weekend. They were so nice and accommodating and they made us amazing subs, they were so busy but made the effort with everyone in store. Its just sad that some customers think that customer service means you can scream at them. Thank you ladies you're amazing keep up the great work

What a shame, the staff are great, the owners policies are very poor. I asked if my foot long could be cut in two and individually wrapped. I was told this cannot be done. For what reason? I offered to pay extra for a sheet of sandwich wrap so I could this myself. I was told it could not be paid for or provided. Why? Also no habanaro sauce, out of stock. Why?, its my favourite. If unavailable why not go to woolies and buy some. Customer first. The owners are letting Subway down, the staff are embarrassed to deny individually... read more
