Refused to honour an advertised deal in the mail because I’m supposed to ‘bring the flyer with me to claim it’. Argued with the staff that is NOT the case and left without being able to order. Checked the deal when I got home and it says nothing about having to present the flyer. Straight up false advertising. The staff indicated they know about the deal but wouldn’t honour it.

What is the point of opening hours for this store? The store advertisers it closes at 9 pm. I arrived at 7:55 pm to find the door closed. There was a worker inside making sandwiches for two customers who were waiting. I was unable to open the door. Eventually, the server came to the door and informed me that he had not had a break And he was taking a 30 minute break and would reopen at 8:30 pm. What a poor mismanagement of this store. I ordered veggie patty wrap online.. I asked them to add sauces and paid extra for avocado they didn’t even add that. Worst experience.
This is the single worst Subway I've ever had. The actual ingredients in the sub? Sure, they were fine. But whoever burned the ever living F out of the bread and then decided to use it throughout the day should be fired in the very same oven the bread was baked in. It was like burnt toast. Thanks a lot.
