Absolutely disgusting! Chicken was done cold and our wrap was not toasted like asked. They used gloves with sauce covering them so our food had stuff all over it. Staff members were nothing but disrespectful and rude. Learn some customer service.

Terrible scam, I repitedly asked the employee if the combo was 5 dollars they agreeed and said it was, then charged me 16 dollars when I only had 10 and I had to take of my cookie and drink but it still ended up being 10 dollars I was outraged that the employee not only lied but laughed at me after I left

After burning my roll I asked if I could please have another one as it was burnt the manager who was serving me didn’t even speak just got another one and placed it in toaster for a very short time and held the side up so I could see it ,when I got home and open it to eat it had not even melted the cheese and was not toasted at all. I rang up to ask why she felt the need to be so rude but as she was the manager I didn’t get anywhere. Very disappointing service and unfortunately it’s not the first time

Manager (Skye Devine) indirectly fires employees through other employees because they had to go to a Tursa appointment so they could pay rent. I was a regular there but after this incident I will not be stepping foot in that store again.
