Just came from here. I've been here many times and the men were always pleasant. Today, around 11 a.m, I came across a tall woman who clearly didn't wanna be there. Her entire demeanor and attitude were so unwelcoming. And when I tried to get my points, she said the screen timed out and I couldn't get my points. What? I came to the store and I ask can I get this. She came with attitude saying water is on the board is what we are making. I was like okay let me get this and exchange it with jalapeño. she said you cannot add what ever is on the menu and how it comes you will get but with attitude.
