Waited 15 minutes to pick up an order, while 2 staff in back laughing,joking and swearing. Only came to help after I shouted at them to come help the 1 staff out front. Terrible service
Absolutely poor service and the older lady who serves looks rude, I asked for the chicken strip wraps they gave me bread wraps 😠 Atleast wear a smile 😊 when customers comes to buy. Smiling cost you nothing! Not visiting this place anymore
I’ve just recently picked up my online order only to come home and realise multiple mistakes were made on both of my subs. Wrong bread on both (which I paid more for the garlic bread sub), no onion and bacon under cooked. We have tried contacting the shop via the number provided however it is disconnected. This is extremely frustrating and upsetting that upon picking up our order there was no communication regarding if ingredients were un available. As well as no refund for extras that I didn’t receive
This store has screwed up 5 of my delivery orders now. I gave them the benefit of the doubt too many times but they either mix up the bread, don't put the correct sauces, or don't add the extras you ask for. Don't bother ordering from here
