I would just like to let you that you really should train your staff to know what anaphylactic means!! I have recently found out I am anaphylactic to avocado, awaiting to see a specialist to get an EpiPen, and I specifically asked the staff member before I placed my order to please, please make sure that nothing in my order touches any avocado. Amazing experience! Was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and then served almost immediately, incredibly nice and down to earth employees, especially one tall-ish girl that asked how my day was going. Good portions and tasty cookies! Store is clean and fresh too, only comment was that it’s a bit expensive.
Absolutely disgusting paid good money for 2 subs to be delivered to our house only to receive something i wouldn't feed my dogs ordered a meatball sub only for it to turn up with a note saying SORRY NO MEATBALLS sorry for the inconvenience but a phone call to my phone to say that before you made it would have been good instead still take my money and 2 subs that looked like they've been run over by a truck seriously the standards at that store must be so low wish I could add photos of it would make anyone look at it in disgu... read more
It is always FREEZING cold in this store. Lovely to walk into in summer, but it's brutal in winter!
