I would like to congratulate the young man working at the Booval store yesterday evening. He was under the pump with customers lined up and uber drivers waiting for the orders. He was the only one out front working while the other staff member was out the back no idea what they were doing. You did have some customers leave, bit you did an awesome job trudging along
I purchased a foot long meatball that was just a mess upon opening. Too much meatball sauce that made the roll soggy. Sandwich fell apart . Staff were great .
Walked in the store and stood there for five minutes before any staff come out the back room they’re all out there laughing and having fun The shop was an absolute mess. I was sceptical If I could even eat the food there was flies everywhere. I purchased my meal chicken fillet with pepperoni, old English cheese, lettuce tomato, carrot caps, no sauce, salt and pepper. I do not recommend this place. I ordered a tortilla and when I opened the wrapper, all the ingredients spilled out because no one even bothered to wrap it properly. On top of that, it had onions in it even though I specifically asked for no onions.
Isabella D is a lovely worker who always makes the best subs with the best customer service and a kind smile unlike her other coworks who ignore and refuse to serve me
