Just went to Subways at Knox city at midday. Asked for gluten free wrap they don't have any. The young lady told me with a smile. Asked for complaint number they wouldn't give it to me. Pathetic.
So bad
god where do i even start😭 the people who work here are awful customer service often no listening to you or talking to co workers mid trying to get info from you, the presentation of the food is disgusting to say the least i mean they wrapped is so poorly all of the sauce meat and vegetables are all over the wrapper, this subway is constantly awful and needs to look at proper training for their staff i wish i could add a picture of my food for you guys to see the state it’s in i had to re wrap the won tire thing myself
