Boy was flustered and forgot my cheese then asked what we ordered when paying
Waited over six minutes while the staff behind the counter completely ignored me—no greeting, no acknowledgement, nothing. Eventually walked out and went to Red Rooster instead. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Pathetic
Fresh delicious
Terrible service, online orders are always incorrect. Quite often whole items missing and when you come back in everyone looks at you like you have cut the line and staff never take responsibility. I won’t actually be back, this is the past three visits we have had issues. Fix your staff, retrain them or hire new ones. I watched multiple people walk out today.
My personal favorite is subway, and i want to talk to you about it. i ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub with a cookie and a coke. They took about 5-6 minutes to make my sub. BUT HOLY MOLY it was Epic. I instantly fell in love with the first bite. And the cookies made it 110% better. Issue was the atmosphere was pretty dry and the tables didn't look like they were cleaned in a while. Either then that it was Awesome. I rate this subway a 4/5 star rating and will be coming here again! Thanks, Riley.
