A very busy little gem this store is. Service was fast and pleasant. I travel a lot for work and this store definitely tops the Subway list for me.
Isabelle genuinely gave my partner and I horrible customer service. I asked for 3 cookies and she said “mhmm” really quietly. She wasnt listening to what we were saying while ordering. We were waiting for about realistically 5-7 minutes when there was only one other person in line. I work in customer service and I would genuinely never say “mhmm” to a customer when asking for something. There is zero sense of urgency in the store. The dress bench is always a mess and normally whatever we order has to be taken from the back. ... read more
The worst customer service that I have experienced anywhere. I stood in store as the only person there, was not greeted for serval minutes despite worker standing under 1m away. Then watched my hot food sit there to get cold for several minutes while the person serving commenced online orders. Will never be back
Sub was banging tasted so yum compared to other subways I’ve bought from. Was served by a lady called Ella and “T”, great service from both girls, they both were very friendly.
The girl who was working tonight 13/08/26 at the Currimundi store. Did an exceptional job whilst under pressure preparing my 4 orders handling another 2 customers orders and a Uber Eats order. Stayed calm throughout the situation and showed a level of Customer Service you don’t see to often. Thankyou very much all my 4 subs were eaten within 2 minutes. Great work!
