BUGS IN THE FOOD!!! after i’ve already committed to the sub i’ve seen a bug on the silver tins and i told the lady and she said “oh don’t worry about it” and dismissed me… kinda expected a discount or an apology for having poor hygiene… too expensive to has bugs roaming around. subway isn’t fresh or hygienic at all. waiters are rude and can’t listen just want to push u out the door and get my order over and done with

Disappointing customer service at Subway Parkhill, Berwick tonight. The young server did well considering the circumstances – she was clearly doing her best while being slammed with a queue of 7 customers. What was really frustrating to see was that a second staff member was on break, sitting down in full view, eating and glued to her phone while the line kept growing.
