Disappointing customer service at Subway Parkhill, Berwick tonight. The young server did well considering the circumstances – she was clearly doing her best while being slammed with a queue of 7 customers. What was really frustrating to see was that a second staff member was on break, sitting down in full view, eating and glued to her phone while the line kept growing. Amazing service and atmosphere, the food is always fresh and looks amazing. Out of all the subways I have been to this is hands down the best one.
