When I order at Subway, I always make sure to ask for the exact amount of jalapenos, because if you ask for ‘extra’, 8 total per footlong is considered extra for them. I want 12 per footlong at least, but ask for 16 in case they short me so I still end up with what I want. It’s the only way to get my sub spicy which is my favorite part. This place has changed owner. Operators have a hard tome comprehending simple English. Trash on the floor, there has been no tea for our last 2 visits. Hope the one on airport is better.
Overcharged me by about $6. Felt like my bill was high for 2x 6 inch sandwiches at more than $35 with 2 drinks and 1 bag of chips. Got home and put my order into the online order for the same shop in Lancaster and it came out $6 or more less. Went online to alert them of the issue and put in my contact info. Said mgr of store would contact me. I received no contact. Very disappointed. Will never go back to this location.

The man was super rude and arguing with another customer saying he needs to toast this food. After more than five minutes of the customer trying to ask why, the employee was just saying it makes no sense as he was just saying he wanted the other sandwich toasted (the sandwich he originally ordered was a promotional one from a sign.
