I went to the store right about lunch time, the store was unclean and messy, there is crumbs and leftovers scattered all over the ground and tables, The entire place is so unsanitary. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional, refusing to make an order that was placed on the app due to the fact that I used a deal that was given to me in the app. I wouldn’t recommend to stop at this location, there is another subway 5 mins away that has much better service and a clean facility.

They only put half the items on the 2 sandwiches we ordered and refused to remake. When offered a refund they attempted to only give a partial refund. My partner had to show the reciept on his phone. Definitely won't be going to this location again. 😕

The owner is the stingiest person to serve. You ask for extra vegetables and they’ll give you two measly pieces when you get 2 total vegetables for the whole sandwich. IF I AM ALREADY PAYING OVER $10 FOR A CRAP SUB I DONT NEED YOU TO SKIMP OUT TOO. actually ridiculous especially that they ask for a tip while checking out. ridiculous. the subway in sellersburg is a million times better than this and have actual good customer service.
