Extremely unprofessional service. I came to pick up a SkipTheDishes order, but the lady at the counter refused to hand it over just because I was using a standard insulated bag (purchased from Walmart). She started making up her own rules, then pretended to be the owner and hid her identity when I asked to speak to management. Completely unacceptable behavior toward drivers and very disrespectful.
I ordered my food to be ready at a certain time so its hot. They will make your sandwich 15-20min before you get there and then let it sit on the rack so when you pick it up it’s absolutely cold. The reason I know this is the receipt tells the time the sandwich was made. I guess there’s No point in getting it toasted or heating the meat up if you going to do that. The workers gave attitude when I went back in and told them to make me a new sandwich. Wont go back . And people still expect tips after given sub par service
