Extremely poor service and rude staff. We were overcharged and when we questioned the promotional price, the staff member (an Indian woman) didn't apologize at all. She was incredibly rude and actually threw the money at us. Avoid this place at all costs The food look so old

We placed our catering order online, and the process was quick and easy. The order was delivered on time, and all the produce was fresh. Our only criticism is that the wraps weren't rolled tightly enough, which made them a little difficult to handle when eating. Aside from that, we were very happy with the service and the food.

Worst Subway i have ever been to. Far from fresh ingredients, slow and skimpy servings; literally counting out the 6 olives on my footlong. Do not recommend and won't be going back.

Had a fantastic experience at Subway Macquarie Park! The restaurant was spotless, the ingredients were fresh, and my sub was made exactly how I wanted it. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and provided excellent customer service, even during a busy period. The food was delicious, generously filled, and prepared with care. It’s great to see a store that consistently delivers quality and a positive customer experience. Highly recommend this Subway if you’re looking for a fresh, tasty meal and friendly service!
