Very disappointing. Had to throw out half the sub as the chicken didn't look fresh. It definitely wasn't cooked that day, looked like it had been sitting out all day the day before. The lettuce was brown which I had never seen before. I wasn't risking it. Cost cutting at the expense of the customer's health.
This has to be the worst subway in Sydney. Did not have half of the things available & the bread I ended up with was so hard I could not chew the bottom part and the patty tasted off, had to spit it out. They are not very good at giving you the promotional stuff too. Free items? They would not tell you and would not market it! If you have a birthday email they would make 1000 excuses that we cannot do it! Its disappointing! They just want you to tap & pay asap, no other concern whatsoever. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
