The old man who works there is very rude
Very amazing and good service from workers
The service was perfect at the beginning, but it went downhill when I was paying. The woman who made the sandwiches was very kind and patient and my subs were perfect. However, when I was selecting cookies and getting ready to pay, the woman was very impatient and had a bad attitude. I wasn't taking that long to choose the cookies I wanted and there were enough people working and there was no line, but she said angrily "Which ones do you want?" which made me rush and panic. I'd like to express my disappointment regarding the recent service I received. The experience was unfortunately quite negative, particularly with the way items were handled. The placement of certain ingredients with proper quantity was seems careless. This lack of attention to detail impacted the overall quality. Furthermore, when I attempted to address this concern, the interaction became unnecessarily confrontational with male staff. A more understanding approach would have been greatly appreciated. I recently visited subway and i was very hungry i had a great experience at Subway thanks to Kiran! She was incredibly kind, polite, and quick with my order. Her friendly nature made the visit even better. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Great job, Kiran
