Stopped in for a couple of sandwiches and i have to say that the young man behind the counter was fantastic! Very personable, professional and he had "moves". Spinning sauce bottles and even my sandwich after he wrapped it. Very cool. Just a great experience overall. Definitely will be back!
I was a customer on Saturday Oct 4th 2026. There was a young man working who was wearing a hat, glasses and had nailpolish. I was SO incredibly impressed with the pride he had in his work. He was polite, caring and took extra care to make sure there was no wilted lettuce or dried sections of any of the toppings he put on our sandwiches. If I owned a business I would want this guy on my team. If I lived in Nanaimo I would frequent this shop jus to have him make my sandwich. Had great customer service by Eric. He was so friendly, polite and made a picture perfect sandwich!
this place is known for stealing from their customers, order a sandwich, pay for said sandwich, check receipt to find they charged me for something I didn't order, since this has happened at least 5 other times over the course of 7 months (and pointing it out to them) I asked for a refund. I was told they could not issue a refund because they can only do 1 refund a month....Will NEVER go back to this unprofessional establishment.
