I get the same sandwich every time I go to subway, the last two times I’ve gone I have been told by the sandwich maker that they can not switch my salami for turkey even though they can. Seems silly but it’s pretty irritating when I genuinely hate salami and the guy in front of me who’s getting payed to make a sandwich doesn’t know how to make a sandwich I wish I had the name of the employee to make a formal complaint but I don’t. Was really good and made fast but we barely made it in time because they closed at 9 and it said 9:30 online
Great deal! The buy-one-get-one-free offer is an excellent value, the service was quick and friendly. Definitely a deal worth taking advantage of!
The customer service at this location is absolutely abysmal. Yesterday they refused to honour coupons, which I think must violate some sort of Subway rules. Other times they have accepted coupons, so I feel this was intentionally done to make as much money as possible. The woman working yesterday claimed they had no way to accept a coupon code🙄 On other occasions I’ve also had staff claim their POS system isn’t working, and ask me to pay cash.
