We stopped at the Subway in St. Germain during the lunch rush, and I have to give a lot of credit to the gentleman working there. It was truly a one-man show, with a steady stream of people coming in, and he handled it incredibly well. He was friendly, efficient, and kept everything moving. Our sandwiches were well made and fresh. The Black Forest Ham was freshly sliced, and you could definitely tell the difference in the quality and freshness. Our Sandwich maker was absolutely fantastic!
This is adressed to the owners directly :Your poor employees have worked without working A/C for the whole summer...they were overheated and experiencing brain fog from the heat inside the kitchen and counter area. Patrons were also uncomfortable but wouldn't take the chance to leave the doors open even though it was cooler outside because it may invite in the flys. Just pathetic treatment of your employees! I hope they all give a 2 week notice...you deserve it!
Waited several months before returning this evening. The teenager at the counter our previous trip was extraordinarily rude. Hoping things had changed after all of these negative reviews we gave it a go only to find a different rude young man who doesn't listen well also. We're local residents that have been going here for years and are done with it. Many better options. Hey owners, you've got a problem here.
