Waited several months before returning this evening. The teenager at the counter our previous trip was extraordinarily rude. Hoping things had changed after all of these negative reviews we gave it a go only to find a different rude young man who doesn't listen well also. We're local residents that have been going here for years and are done with it. Many better options. Hey owners, you've got a problem here.
Visited THE SUBWAY in St. Germain on 7/6/26. Place was packed. Two employees were working hard to keep up. Wanted to give a dhout out to the woman behind the counter but her name wasn't on my receipt. It was around 1:00. She gave great customer service & kept her cool. People were also calling in orders
2026: The service and quality has gone up significantly. Kaleb definitely made the effort to make sure my visit was good. Great recommendations for building a sub that I have eaten the same way for years. Because of his interaction I would recommend. I'd move to 5stars but I was very taken back by an employees consistent aggressive and very audible rumbling of hawking to clearing of her throat. This wasn't service or food related.
