Went into subway this morning at toormina shopping centre and they young guy that served me was so polite and friendly, honestly the subway he made me looked like it was out of the TV add. And tasted better. Well done mate
The girl with the pink/red hair was so rude and had a disgusting and disrespectful attitude to me and my partner
Brydie did a fantastic job under pressure of peek hour today, she didn’t just only communicate affectively to her fellow staff but also to the customers to ensure a seamless outcome for all. The food and customer service was A+, I hope her hard work and wealth of experience is rewarded. This store is lucky to have her.
Not too busy today and the food was really nice. The young lady behind the counter is a wonderful asset. Great customer service and communication skills and a sense of humor The boy with the thick glasses could do a with a course in basic customer service. Not sure if he may have developmental challenges, but unfair from management to put him at the front. Perhaps he could be in a different role at this venue where he can shine in his own special way.
Terrible subway. Had 2 people working and one was not helping take orders. After waiting 10 minutes to take my order, they informed me they were out of meatballs at peak dinner time. Waste of a trip. Also I read on the wall their food safety certification expired in 2023 ☹️
