Can't use app or any coupon offers per owner. False advertisement having a subway franchise but won't protacipate. Will never order or recommend this location for anything. Bait and switch. Very disappointing. The owner should lose his right to franchise.
They will not honor coupons. Plus they never have white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Go to the Subway at Walmart in Altoona instead.
Went in there to order subs as we do when we receive coupons. Every time our customer service is excellent. Usually it’s just one young guy but tonight there was two young people, guy and girl. I ordered online for pickup, and my sandwich was perfect – no complaints there! However, I was really disappointed by the condition of the soda machine. It was extremely dirty, and I’m pretty sure there was mold on it. The push button, which should be white, was brown with grime. Instead of standing around in the back, the employees should take some time to thoroughly clean this machine. Cleanliness is important, especially in food service, and I hope they address this soon.
