One employee in particular very rude. Im vegan and usually get sourdough bread but there was none. Im not from this area, here for the summer only. So I seemed to have bother her from the start when I inquired on which breads were vegan. She seemed so annoyed, no line not customers even in the restaurant! She said " I dont even know what vegan is". I had to google it myself to find out. Best subway in Des Moines The two ladies who work lunch during the week do a great job
I stop at this location frequently because my route takes me by this place. I have never had a bad experience and the staff is always very friendly and do a great job. I stopped in the other night and they were cleaning up for the night and the staff wasn't rude to me at all being they were closing soon. They made my sandwich the way I wanted and everything still tasted very fresh.
