Called for an online order. I was there when my order was due. The store was very busy. This why I order online, the order had not been started when my pick-up time had passed. I ordered a sandwich a salad 4 cookies and a bag of chips. I watched person made my order. The sandwich was made wrong, I ordered club with bacon. I received a club that had no bacon also black olives were added, when not asked for, the salad was ordered with extra lettuce and only one handful with no additional lettuce as ordered. Can't use app or any coupon offers per owner. False advertisement having a subway franchise but won't protacipate. Will never order or recommend this location for anything. Bait and switch. Very disappointing. The owner should lose his right to franchise.
They will not honor coupons. Plus they never have white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Go to the Subway at Walmart in Altoona instead.
