On google it says close at 10 pm and the sign on the door says OPEN! Now it’s 9:25pm and the door is closed and employees waving we are closed!
Why would you ignore your posted hours? Doors locked at 9:30, half an hour before you close? On a Friday?Unacceptable. You are next to a convention center. And don't just stare like idiots at people who attempt to open your locked doors who are there during your posted hours. Seriously. How are you still in business?
Went to grab a quick sandwich to go, about 25 minutes to close and doors were locked. Here for a convention and few options available at this time to grab to go. Unfortunate and very disappointing.
This place has some of the worst service ever. They look at you like you’re stupid, speaking in their own language, and it’s obvious they’re talking badly about you. We went today and there were three workers: two women and one man. The Mexican lady was extremely rude and mean. We kindly asked if our sandwich could be cut in half. They forgot, so when we went to ask again, the Mexican lady rolled her eyes and yelled at us, “Okay, wait a minute! Can’t you see I’m busy?
